14th Street Beach Restroom Construction - 692 - City of Hermosa Beach

This project proposes to construct a new restroom facility which includes replacement of the entire building; restrooms; appurtenant plumbing; ADA improvements for compliance. This project will also include the replacement of the existing sewer lift station components which includes 2 submersible pumps; motor control panel; associated plumbing; addition of telemetry for condition/outage notifications. Project is included in the City of Hermosa Beach's FY 2022 - 2023 CIP. As of August 30, 2022, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Project is in preliminary design. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined, however construction is anticipated to be completed in FY 2023.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
