Description

The Shell Point collection system currently has multiple pump stations that discharge into a regional station SP01 and two (2) existing pump stations discharge to SP01 via an aerial gravity marsh crossing. In order to reduce the loading of that aerial crossing and mitigate potential SSO’s, this project intends to redirect forcemain flows from existing SP45 & SP36 pump stations to the existing SP18 pump station. SP18 pump station outflow will be redirected from the current 6-inch force main to the existing PI01 16-inch force main.
