| Description | Fire Alarm System Repair (JOC) - Contractor must carry appropriate licenses and certifications from specific fire alarm manufactures, NICET, and meet NFPA 72 (2007), 10.2.2.5 Sen/ice Personnel Qualifications and Experience. The contractor must be qualified and experienced to perform maintenance repairs, emergency repairs, and/or minor installation additions to existing building fire alarm systems. TTie contractor must have sufficient parts in shop stock to complete emergency repairs. TTie contractor must be able to respond on a 24 hour, 7 day basis and will be expected to respond to emergency requests within 2 hours. |
