Perdido Landfill Gas Collection and Control System (GCCS) Expansion

The work generally includes but is not limited to the following items: 1. Construction staking/system layout/surveying prior to construction. 2. Installing below grade Polyvinyl Chloride and High-Density Polyethylene landfill gas extraction wells. 3. Installing below grade high-density polyethylene LFG laterals and header, air supply line, and dewatering discharge line. Header appurtenances also to be installed include, but are not limited to, sumps, isolation valves, access risers, and blind flanges. 4. Installing air supply line isolation valves, dewatering discharge isolation valves and air release valves. 5. Installing gas wellheads, including fittings, valves, tubing, hoses, clamps, regulators and filters, and related appurtenances. 6. Installing new pumps, including tubing, clamps, and related appurtenances. 7. Installing HDPE liner boots on all ground penetrations, including, wells, air/condensate riser pipes, isolation valves, access risers, bollards, sumps, and all other related GCCS appurtenances. 8. LFG well abandonments. 9. Abandonment in-place of limited sections of the existing GCCS. 10. Connection of the GCCS Expansion to the existing GCCS. 11. Installing additional wellheads, sub-up valves and fittings, and pumps per County direction and approval. Refer to Bid Item Nos. 22 through 25. 12. System start-up and testing 13. Conformance surveying 14. Providing as-built documentation (record drawings).
