Description

Provide Canyons School District (CSD) with concrete installation and repair. 1. 4000 PSI exterior concrete (4% - 6% air entrained; Straight Bag Mix) 2. 6” gravel or engineered fill (compacted) 3. 4” thick (concrete) 4. Engineered fill with be placed in 6” lifts and compacted to 95% 5. Sealer (100% acrylic) 6. Broom finish 7. Relief cuts to match existing areas at the location (every 100 square feet max; no more than 10’ in any direction to the next relief joint) 8. Expansion joints every 50’ (or where abutting existing concrete) 9. 1/2” asphalt impregnated board 10. Excavation, haul-off, and forming included 11. Concrete install includes doweling in to the abutting concrete 2’ on center with #4 bar x 16".
