City Hall Council Chambers

The work under this contract consists of renovations to the Council Chambers and the installation of new entrance canopies, with all work occurring on or outside of the first floor of the City Hall Building. The work consists primarily of, but not limited to, selective demolition; cast-in-place concrete; metal fabrications, decking and framing; rough carpentry; architectural woodwork; metal soffit panels; EPDM roofing; metal doors and windows; drywall and wood wall paneling; tiling; carpeting; painting and staining; folding panel partitions; plumbing; mechanical; electrical; and audiovisual work.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
