Old Town Park Drainage Improvements

The City of Winston-Salem has the need to install Drainage Repairs & Trail Improvements for a 4.7 acre Park in the neighborhood of West Salem located at 700 Granville Drive. Work scope includes Drainage Features, Replace & Repair Asphalt Paths for 10' wide central Service Vehicle Access and Ex. 6' wide a Asphalt Trails, new Curb, Repairs to historic Arched Stone Bridges.. Repairs to Ex. Gazebo, Concrete Walks, ADA Access, Site Lighting, Tree Removal and Limbing Up, etc.. Adding new drainage swales, storm drainage structures and piping, repairs to ex. slopes, asphalt trails and river stone. Regrade and add soil amendments, meadow mix and permanent seeing for improved vegetation management.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
