Construct Facilities for Softball Program at Hixson Park, Phase 1

The University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) is soliciting bids to construct a synthetic turf field, and other civil improvements, at Hixson Park. This bid shall include appropriate licenses, procurement and installation of all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary for the complete installation of the specified synthetic turf system including site preparation, complete installation of the new turf system, maintenance measures, including all project closeout, cleanup, and corrective work. This effort is identified as project number 21DNC02087. The anticipated services that are to be included in the awarded contract are outlined in the plans and specifications. Subject to change by Owner, a Notice to Proceed (NTP) is anticipated to be provided no earlier than August 1, 2022 and the contractor shall achieve substantial completion no later than November 18, 2022. Estimated Cost: $1,334,268 - $1,534,268 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
