This project is to Replace Roofs Phase 3 - Building 1 at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center, Louisville, Kentucky 40206 Project #603-23-101 The contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Project #603-23-101, Replace Roofs Phase 3, Bldg 1 as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes all labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform the required roof replacement and miscellaneous work on this project including, but not limited to, roof replacement with SBS modified bitumen membrane with ultra-white reflective coating, wall flashing installation, opening infill, and stone coping sealant replacement, as specified.
