Block Wall and Wrought Iron Fence Repairs Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Districts (LLMDs)

The City is requesting proposals to provide: As Needed Block Wall and Wrought Iron Fence Repairs for the Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Districts (LLMDs). The award of this contract is subject to available budget adequate to carry out the provisions of the proposed agreement including the identified scope of work. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals determined not to be in the best interest of the City. Firms that anticipate submitting a proposal are required to send an email to the project manager acknowledging receipt of the Contract Documents so that the City can add the firm to its notification list.
