Description | Silverado Ranch Park New Community Center. A requirement of the contract includes a certification that Bidder is not currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel. The Work consists of the construction of a 39,925 square foot Community Center, including, but not limited to: a gymnasium, complete with a main basketball court and two sub courts, six ceiling hung, retractable basketball backboards and hoops, bleachers, main volleyball court and two sub courts complete with nets, standard and in-floor covered slots and four pickleball courts complete with nets, standards and in floor covered slots. The program space includes the following: dance/yoga studio, senior/teen room, instructional kitchen with high residential equipment, multi-purpose room that can be divided into three rooms, exercise/fitness room, multi-purpose classroom, arts and crafts room, office areas, storage, washrooms, circulation, and utility areas. The Center also includes a walking/running track mezzanine complete with ramp, two sets of stairs and a bridge. Site work includes the following: grading, landscaping, parking, on-site roadways, drop-off round-about, performance plaza, entry from Silverado Boulevard, tie-in to the existing parking area, utilities and off-site connections to utilities. New construction includes, but not limited to all administrative and temporary work as outlined in Division 01 General Requirements and for a new 39,925 SF single story Community Center with mezzanine running/walking track at the north end of Silverado Ranch Park and its associated site work and off-site work. The site work includes a new parking lot with AC pavement, on site roadways of AC pavement, connection to the existing park parking lots, new access from Silverado Ranch Boulevard, round-about drop-off of concrete pavement, off-site connection to utilities, landscaping, irrigation and a performance plaza with a concrete stage and artificial turf. The building consists of a concrete slab-on-grade floor system with polished concrete flooring and other floor finishes such as wood flooring, epoxy flooring, carpet tiles, etc. all as specified in Division 9. The building structure includes metal and wood framing, steel and wood joists and metal and wood deck. The gymnasium walls are CMU bearing walls and the Community Center walls consist of metal stud bearing walls. Exterior finishes consist of water drainage exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS); aluminum walls, storefront and doors; single ply flat roof system and sloped standing seam metal roof system; and exterior building signage. Interior finishes include but not limited to; ceramic wall tile, decorative wood, painted gypsum board, acoustical ceiling tile in a "T-bar" grid, acoustical ceiling panels, plastic laminate clad casework, solid surface countertops, painted hollow metal doors frames and windows, coiling overhead doors, vertical rise acoustical partitions, tubular skylights, interior signage and graphics, sliding aluminum doors, side stacking aluminum glass doors, corner guard, toilet accessories and fire extinguishers in cabinets. The building includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low voltage systems that include access controls, lighting controls, intrusion controls and audio-visual system. The building includes complete fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems. Equipment includes, but not limited to, bleachers, gymnasium equipment, appliances and projection screen. Work includes haul off of approximately 3,500cy of native soil from the site to the BLM community pit. General Contractor to obtain dust permit for the project as well as the BLM community pit where the material will be exported. There is no water source at the BLM community pit. Minerals moved would need to be graded with proper dust control measures. *As of August 8, 2022, five addenda have been issued.
