The project includes but is not limited to the tuckpointing of the Ruth Park Golf Course Club House located at 8211 Groby Road, University City, MO 63130 Pre-bid Meeting: None Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, subject to confirmation by the City Manager. The contractor agrees not to discriminate on the grounds or because of race, creed, color, natural origin or ancestry and religion or lack thereof, against any employee or applicant for employment with said contractor. The contractor agrees to include a similar provision to the above in all sub-contracts let or awarded under this contract. The City of University City hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
