Description Remove existing deck coating and recoat with heavy traffic waterproof coating system. Remove and install expansion joint at fourth level. Remove and replace hard and/or defunct sealant on the CMU wall. Provide prescribed spacing (according to original drawings) between bearing points and beams or CMU walls allowing space to prevent contact and unintended loading transfer. Chip away and/or remove any spalled sections of beam or wall and fill with SikaTop 123 PLUS mortar or other pre-approved substitute. Fill gaps with flexible sealant. LBE goal is 5%
