The project scope includes the phased new construction of 30 one and two story multi-family buildings, an approximately 3,000-square-foot community building and a swimming pool. Phase one consists on 60 units. Scope details have not been released. As of October 4, 2023, no building permits have been submitted to the Town of Williston or the State of Vermont Division of Fire Safety. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed.
