Maintenance and Repair of Generators as Specified

Scope of Services: Provide maintenance and troubleshooting and emergency repair services for the various locations through Onondaga County. Preventative Maintenance Agreements shall include but are not limited to factory recommended service that may be required and will be schedule as required. Minimum two visits per year – one for full-service preventative maintenance, one for annual inspection. Annual Inspection includes inspecting the generator for manufacturer recommend fluid levels and operation. Inspection shall include at a minimum the checking oil levels, check and inspect air filters, hoses, fuel lines and belts, operating temperatures and coolant level, battery capacity and condition, and all visible wear items as applicable. Repairs: Provide an estimate for repairs not covered under this scope of services as requested. Repairs may be provided at the labor rates established in this bid with part discounts off catalog list prices.
