Description | The Village is requesting bids to install new speed humps, remove/relocate temporary speed humps and include signage & bollards where needed. To be considered, all interested parties must request copies of the bid documents and submit one (1) original, one (1) copy and a CD or flash drive containing a copy of the entire original submission in one (1) sealed package clearly marked with the bid title. A bid guaranty in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Invitation to Bid (ITB). The respondent shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the response to the bid. If you cannot locate or download the documents, please contact Mrs. Litsy C. Pittser, Procurement Division, lpittser@palmettobay-fl.gov. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bid without the consent of the Village for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening and reading bids. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to terminate the process at any time (and recommence it at a later time from the beginning), and to waive any informalities, technicalities and irregularities in bidding, to disregard all nonconforming, conditional or counter bids and to award in whole or in part to one or more respondents, or take any other such actions that may be deemed in the best interest of the Village. The Contract shall be in place for three (3) years with an option to renew for two (2) years with the approval of the Village and concurrence from the contractor. |
