New Vicksburg Animal Shelter

Sealed Bids for construction of the New Vicksburg Animal Shelter for the City of Vicksburg, MS Bids may be submitted in person, by mail or electronically. For delivery in person or by mail, the Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and plainly marked on the outside of the envelope as follows: Bid for the City of Vicksburg, MS, New Animal Shelter, to be opened at a time and date to be determined, Bidders Company Name, Bidders Address, Telephone Number and email address, and Mississippi State Contractors License Number(s). Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of the maximum total bid amount is required. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 calendar days after the actual date of opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids. Bidders must be properly licensed under the applicable laws of the State of Mississippi for the type of Work required for the Project and must be able to obtain insurance and bonds, as described in the Bidding Documents.
