Demolition and site work for a residential development in Forrest, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development. The Village of Forrest, Livingston County, Illinois, will receive bids in a sealed envelope for the RESIDENTIAL DEMOLITION. Expected bid award at Village Board meeting to follow The proposed work consists of demolishing and cleaning up all building materials, including foundation(s) building slab(s), trees/foliage, backfilling all excavations, and seeding of the disturbed site. The proposed work also consists of properly disposing of one residential structure and all associated debris of the demolition project In addition, the sewer and water lines must be cut and capped preferably at but not more than three (3) feet of the villages main service line. The address of the location is: 313 E Martin St, Forrest, IL 61741 Parcel # 26-03-330-300 No less than the prevailing rate of wages, as determined in accordance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage, shall be paid to all laborers, operators, teamsters, masons, plumbers, and any workers employed in construction on this project. The Village of Forrest, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
