Sepulveda Roof Repair

The purpose of this project is to "Repair roofs" in accordance w ith the statement of w ork. Request for information(s) (RFIs) w ill be accepted until 4 September. No RFIs w ill be accepted after 4 September to provide the Government adequate time to respond. Response(s) w ill be posted to SAM.gov by close of business on 7 September. See section - instruction to quoters paragraph 3 for information. In accordance w ith FAR 36.204(a) Magnitude of Construction Projects, the price range of this project is anticipated to be betw een $100,000 and $250,000. This requirement is being solicited as set-aside for small business under NAICS code 238160. The contracting officer w ill require payment bonds for construction contracts greater than $35,000, and w ill require performance bonds if the contract exceeds $150,000 in accordance w ith FAR 28.102. Statement of w ork for this project w ill be provided as an attachment to the solicitation. Size of document exceeds system capabilities.
