| Description | Installation of a new split AHU system in the Forensic Lab, including outside air intake, refrigerant piping from outdoor condensing unit to indoor AHU and hot water piping to coil of AHU. Provide a new exhaust system to ventilate the Basement Mechanical & Electrical rooms. A new shaft from the basement to the roof will be created. Minor concrete work consists of a new housekeeping pad for new AHU. Electrical work consists of providing power to all new mechanical equipment. Work included in each Separate Prime Contract shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Electrical Construction (UP-449.4) is responsible for providing power to HVAC equipment as indicated on drawings. |
