The specific equipment to be serviced comprises of electric traction and oil hydraulic elevators, as well as certain vertical lift systems. The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, installation, modernization, preventative maintenance services, emergency and on-call response services, repair, testing, inspection, and warranty services.
