Description

FBISD is seeking a contractor to provide a turnkey solution to construct the new ground up field house (PKG035.2) for Clements High School. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, completion of a new 36,133 SF one story building in Sugar Land and coordination with existing buildings and services. The new field house is to comply with the current FBISD education specifications and technical design guidelines. The alternate includes the demolition of the existing Clements High School Field House.
