| Description | The Work of this Project consists, in general, of replacing furnaces with new furnaces and air-cooled condensers; providing new MERV 13 filters and air ionization units at the supply plenums; Increasing fresh air quantities with 10" dia. duct and motorized damper; converting combustion air in to a fresh air duct with new fresh air louver; replacing gas water heater with electric water heater and capping the flue vent to the chimney; replacing existing exhaust fans; replacing existing electric wall heaters; insulating supply ductwork trunks in the lower level, where feasible space allows; removing old exhaust fan in server room and capping duct at ceiling; balance and commissioning furnace-condensing units. The scope of the project includes adding attic insulation and modifying the attic access hatch, along with rough and finish work as shown on the plans and described within the specifications. |
