1. Wash all exterior surfaces; 2. Remove all storm windows, store in a safe place for reinstallation 3. Loose and peeling paint will be scraped and sanded smooth; 4. Clean, repair, prime and repaint all wood trim and siding surfaces. Repair rot, splits and holes where needed; 5. Clean, repair and clear seal all red and white cedar surfaces. Repair splits and holes where needed; 6. Remove protruding nails and reattach siding with new siding nails; 7. Clean, repair, stain, prime, repaint, or polyurethane all exterior wood doors; 8. Repaint metal railing on all stairs and main entry; 9. Repaint all sills and exterior sashes; 10. Clean, repair and paint the fire escape (Metal Fabricator sub-contract) 11. Wash, repair, repaint all metal flashing surfaces; 12. Replace window glazing compound on sashes where necessary; 13. Leave areas clean at all times; 14. Reinstall all storm windows with screws while caulking three (3) sides 15. Clean all Windows (sub-contract).
