| Description | The Contractor will provide the following services of burglar and fire alarm monitoring to the Montgomery Housing Authority’s (MHA) facilities, listed below: A. Provide monitoring and alarm dispatching of the existing intrusion and fire alarm control panels/communicators for a period of one (1) year with options to continue the monitoring for an additional two (2) years in One (1) year increments at the sole discretion of MHA. B. Monitoring costs will be shown as a separate line item in the proposal. C. Potential maintenance work is to be performed on an as-needed basis at the various MHA sites and any future properties or interests. |
