East Lake Sports and Community Complex - Basketball Courts and Parking

Contractor to construct and provide complete turn-key concrete basketball courts with fencing, parking, lighting system, including but not limited to construction of temporary construction entrance, demolition work (removal of existing wooden poles and light fixtures, concrete slab and sidewalk, Mitered End Section (MES), storm inlets and piping, etc.), site preparation, grading, construction of concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs, signing and pavement markings, handicap parking spaces signs, ADA curb ramps and detectable warning mats and installation of silt fence. Alternative #1: Existing Precast Concrete Restroom: Contractor to remove and relocate the existing precast concrete restroom to the Lake County facility Neighborhood Lakes Trailhead located at County Road 46A, Sorrento FL 32776. Refer to “Exhibit F - Neighborhood Lakes Trailhead Restroom Relocation Plans” for location and installation requirements. No connection to utilities is included or required under this bid for the installation of the restroom at Neighborhood Lakes Trailhead. Alternative #2: Existing Precast Concrete Restroom: Contractor to remove and relocate the existing precast concrete restroom within the East Lake Sports and Community Complex. Refer to “Exhibit G - East Lake Sports and Community Complex Restroom Relocation Plan” for required location. No connection to utilities is included or required under this bid for the relocation of the restroom at East Lake Sports and Community Complex.
