| Description | Qualified and experienced Roofing contractors to provide repair, installation, and other associated roofing and maintenance services on an as-needed basis at its (18) facilities within the school district. EHPS has various types of roofing systems that may need repair, including; Built-up Roofs, Asphalt Shingle Roofs, EPDM and PVC Roofs, Contractors must be knowledgeable and experienced with repairing these roofing systems. This RFP includes on-call services for emergency repairs as required including roofing installation and replacement. This RFP will included a base period of three (3) years and two (2) optional one-year (1) terms (for a potential period of up to five (5) years). |
