1. From the existing Main Distribution Panel install a new 225 A, 3 Phase Breaker. 2. Approximately 70 feet away, in an existing wall in the kitchen, install a new 208Y/120 3 Phase, 250 A max, Panel Board with 42 spaces and a 225 A Main Breaker. 3. Install conduit from Main Distribution Panel to new Panel Board. 4. Pull new wire to power up new Panel Board. 5. Relocate from existing kitchen Panel Board, to new kitchen Panel Board, all circuits that are not protected by the Ansul System. (The existing Panel Boards 225 Amp main is a shunt breaker tied to the Ansul System.) 6. The new Panel Board will only house existing circuits. 7. In the existing Panel Board install 2 new, 3 Phase, 50 Amp Breaker to power a new set of double ovens. 8. Run conduit from existing Panel Board to 2 new 3 Phase 60 Amp Stainless Steel Fusible Service Disconnects. 9. Pull new wire to provide power to new Service Disconnects. 10. Connect the 2 new Stackable Ovens (already on site) to the new Service Disconnects under the existing hood, approximately 10 feet away from existing Panel Board. 11. Remove from the existing Panel Board the 3 Phase 30 Amp breakers and wires going to the existing Deep Fryer. 12. Install a new 3 Phase 50 Amp breaker for a new Deep Fryer. 13.Install a new 60 Amp 3 Phase Stainless Steel Fusible Service Disconnect. 14. Pull new wire to provide power to new Service Disconnect. 15. Bid should include all material and labor needed to complete job, including anything needed to work with existing Ansul system for fire protection.
