Description | Renovation of an educational facility in Huntington, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. Work for the HNHS Fire Alarm Replacement shall be Substantially Complete no later than July 23, 2022. Bids should be placed in an envelope and clearly marked HNHS Fire Alarm Replacement. No bids shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Huntington County Community School Corporation within ninety (90) days of the Bid opening. The existing building inspection will be after the Pre-Bid Meeting on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 immediately following the pre-bid at Huntington North High School Copies of specifications and other pertinent documents will be available on deposit through Eastern Engineering Supply, 1239 Wells Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46808, 260-426-3119, starting at 12 noon on Monday April 11, 2022, or may be requested on-line. A copy will be available for review at the Administration Office of Huntington County Community School Corporation, 1063 E 900 S, Warren, IN 46750, phone 260-356-8312. Contractors shall note that this project is subject to Indiana's Common Construction Wage Act and all terms of this Act shall be followed in their entirety. Each Bid must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit as provided by law. The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids. All questions and requests for substitutions shall be submitted to Terry Thornsbury via email (terry@viridiandesign.net) no later than 12 noon Wednesday, May 4th, 2022 for consideration. |
