Beloit Housing Authority Unit Repair OWNER: The Beloit Housing Authority hereby gives notice that sealed bids will be received in the office of the Beloit Housing Authority 210 Portland Ave. Beloit, Wisconsin 53511 for furnishing labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for structural and foundation repairs required at a public housing unit located at 1017 Ritsher St., Beloit, WI. BIDDER'S PROOF OF RESPONSIBILITY QUESTIONNAIRE: All Bidders must execute and file a Bidder's Proof of Responsibility Questionnaire no later than the close of business on August 9 th , 2022 which is seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid opening. It is incumbent on the bidder to supply the required documentation in sufficient time to be evaluated before this deadline. LEGAL PROVISIONS: The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Section 62.15, 66.0901, and 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes, as well as any other applicable sections thereof. WAGE RATES: This project meets the minimum qualifications to mandate this as a prevailing wage project. HUD requires that Davis-Bacon wage requirements are also met for this project.
