| Description | Cannons Elementary School, located at 1315 Old Converse Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, is in need of new gym flooring (approx. 5,700 sqft). The floor is a concrete slab. 1. All installation is to be performed in a professional manner by experienced flooring installers. 2. Contractor is to provide all labor, flooring, cove base, paint lines and transition strips as specified. - Flooring – WOODFLEX 6.7mm mats – 1001 MAPLE - Wall base – Johnsonite 4” Rubber cove base - Paint – standard basketball court markings 3. Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of existing flooring, cove base and transition strips. 4. Contractor is responsible to move furniture if needed. The school is currently unoccupied during renovations. 5. Contractor is responsible for proper clean up and disposal of trash and remnants. 6. Work to begin on June 1, 2021 and be completed by June 6, 2021. 7. All floor preparation such as patching; repairing cracks, holes, etc. prior to installation is the responsibility of the Contractor. |
