Description

Avalon Express Inc is proposing a warehouse and truck terminal at 3400 Yoerg Drive for their fleet of semis. The concept development plans include lighting, landscaping, architectural renderings, grading and erosion, storm water calculations, and utility plans. The building is proposed to be 43,215 sqft, containing 7 loading docks and 2 internal truck wash stations. For on-site employees, there are provided 10 parking stalls with 1 handicapped stall. The development plans also propose solar panel installations to be placed above some of the external semitruck parking in the property's rear yard.
