Comprehensive Elevator Maintenance and Equipment Services

The vendor shall furnish all material, labor, supervision, tools, supplies and other expenses necessary to provide full and complete preventative maintenance program, which shall include monthly inspections, adjustments, tests and when necessary the replacement of components, parts or equipment for the elevators at the municipal properties. The vendor shall immediately inventory and present to the village an assessment of all elevator systems, mechanisms, panels, and related equipment and detail working conditions, performance issues (if any), concerns (if any), functions, and professional advice on the integrity of the overall system. In addition, a like assessment will be performed on a monthly basis throughout the term of the village’s service contract.
