Painting Services Time and Material

Interior Painting Services: 1. Painting of existing walls (interior) ceilings, floors, windows, doors, trim etc. 2. Wall repair and spackling of existing walls (interior), ceilings, floors, windows, doors and trim etc. 3. Supply any service that is permitted by licenses as may be requested by Member. 4. Properly cover, protect and clean all work areas. 5. Clearly identify all work areas and provide signage identifying wet paint. Exterior Painting Services: 1. Painting of existing walls (exterior) ceilings, floors, windows, doors, trim etc. 2. Wall repair and spackling of existing walls (exterior), windows, doors and trim etc. 3. Supply any service that is permitted by licenses as may be requested by Member. 4. Properly cover, protect and clean all work areas. 5. Sandblasting of existing walls (interior and exterior) ceilings, floors, windows, doors, trim etc. 2. Supply any service that is permitted by licenses as may be requested by Member. 3. Properly cover, protect and clean all work areas. 4. Clearly identify all work areas and provide signage identifying wet paint. Prep Work Services: 1. Power washing of existing exterior walls ceilings, floors, windows, doors, trim etc. 2. Supply any service that is permitted by licenses as may be requested by Member. 3. Properly cover, protect and clean all work areas. 4. Clearly identify all work areas and provide signage.
