Description | 1. The work as described herein shall be furnished and installed by one (1) firm alone. The Theatre Contractor shall furnish and install all equipment Theatre Systems described herein. The Theatre Contractor further agrees that they shall provide all Work as may be required to make a complete and fully functioning system of that which may not be fully defined in the Contract Documents. 2. It is the responsibility of the Theatre Contractor to furnish and install all steel not shown on the structural drawings but required for complete performance lighting position installation. 3. The Theatre Contractor shall verify the completeness of the parts list and furnish necessary accessories to execute the intent of the plans and specifications. 4. The specifications and drawings shall be read and used together, system features which are mentioned in one are not necessarily shown in the others. In case of conflict between the drawings and specifications, request clarification. It shall be understood that the Equipment Lists, Specifications and Drawings are complementary. Where there are conflicts within the documents, request clarification. 5. The Work shall be provided complete, and the systems shall be fully operational as shown on the Theatre Systems drawings and described herein.6. The project documentation is, in general, diagrammatic and/or developed to communicate design intent. The Theatre Contractor shall coordinate the installation of all devices and/or equipment with the Owner prior to installation based on the existing field conditions. 7. The Theatre Contractor shall coordinate all installed items with associated trades (electrical, mechanical, structural, AV, telecom, etc.) including all necessary cable pass-thrus and structural needs/requirements. 8. The Theatre Contractor shall provide all software programming required to provide fully operational systems. 9. The Theatre Contractor shall coordinate the specific programming requirements of the Theatre Performance Lighting Control System with a designated Owner representative, including touchscreen layouts and page navigation. All programming written for this project shall be the property of the Owner and shall be provided to the Owner upon completion. |
