Description

The Authority is seeking joint proposals from Architect and Construction Management firms to provide design, pre-construction and construction phase services for fast track project to be 90% complete by June 30, 2023 and open by August 2023. Re-design & fit-out of the Challenger Center at Framingham State University. Renovations to include interior, HVAC system upgrades, bathroom reconfiguration, ADA improvements, and fit ups for new Planetarium and Flight Simulator equipment. Specified Services(all chosen) Architect Other Construction Mangement Firm Register as solicition holder to receive addenda. This RFPQ issued in accordance with the Single Selection Procurement Method of the Authority Pursuant to Secion 30 of Chapter 193 of the Acts of 2004. Time Period for Completed Project 10 Months The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
