Description

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (the "Authority" or the "JTA") hereby requests Sealed Proposals for Installation and Repair of Video Surveillance Services. The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) is in need of pricing for maintenance, repair and installation of video surveillance systems at various locations. The scope of work covered by this Solicitation consists of the services necessary to provide installation, maintenance, adjustments, testing, replacement of parts, and emergency service for a fully functional video surveillance system and includes, but is not limited to providing materials, labor, supervision, tools, electronic parts, wiring, software, hardware and equipment. Questions Due Date: Nov 14th 2022, 12:00 PM EST 1. Extending the Response to Questions from Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at 5:00 PM (EST) to Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 5:00 PM (EST). All questions or concerns regarding this solicitation must be submitted on the JTA Bonfire Procurement Portal prior to 12:00 PM (EST) on the Date & Time provided in the Summary of Key Dates table. Late questions may be answered at the sole discretion of the Authority. All responses to questions will be uploaded to the JTA Bonfire Portal and issued in an Addendum on the JTA Bonfire Procurement Portal on the date & time provided in the Summary of Key Dates table of this Solicitation.
