| Description | This is an intersection improvement project involves widening the existing roadway. US85 at WCR98 will be widened towards west to adopt auxiliary lanes. The improvement on US85 starts from M.P. 287.5 and ends at 288.6 approximately. WCR98 at the UPRR railroad crossing will be widened towards south to accommodate larger turning radii. As a result of the railroad crossing widening, the rail track concrete panels will be replaced by UPRR. The existing alignment of WCR98 at the intersection will also be improved for through traffic.
