Phase III Honor Heights Towers Balcony Curtain Wall Installation

Project includes demolition of 20 balcony curtain walls and replacing with 6 inch insulated walls including energy efficient sliding glass doors and windows approved for High Rise use. The Bond may be a Surety Company Bond, a Certified Check, Bank Draft or US Government Bonds. All must be payable to the Housing Authority of the City of Muskogee. The Housing Authority of the City of Muskogee cannot convey their tax exempt status to Contractors or Subcontractors. The bidders shall include the applicable City, County, State and Federal taxes in their bid. The Housing Authority of the City of Muskogee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
