Street and Waterline Improvement Project-NE Woodland to El Camino

Furnishing all tools, materials and labor and performing the work necessary to construct approximately 830 linear feet of new 8 inch PVC AWWA C900, DR18 water line and to reconstruct approximately 3,740 square yards of 7 inch concrete pavement on Hartford Avenue from NE Woodland Road to El Camino Street. Work includes all valves, fiffings, connections, fire hydrants and all appurtenances required for a complete water line installation and abandonment of existing deteriorated 8 inch water line. Work also includes all excavation, base preparation, drives, sidewalks, wheelchair ramps and traffic striping as specified in the plans for the complete roadway reconstruction. A cashier's check, a certified check or a security bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder.
