Construction of Henry County Aquatic Center and Outdoor Water Park

Contractor and Pool Builder Services for an Indoor Aquatic Facility and an Outdoor Water Park. The Type II A building includes a 50-meter competition pool, therapy warm pool, and outdoor zero-entry, lazy river, activity pool, water features/slides and associated sitework, located at 1177 Henry Parkway Connector. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment and services necessary in the performance of this RFP. Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
