Description

1. Develop Strategic Planning process in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team and RRHA’s Board. 2. Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by RRHA. 3. Identify and prioritize medium and long-term goals and strategies. 4. Identify and provide guidance for acquiring and developing the resources (staff, funding, management systems, partnerships with both private and public entities, etc.) necessary to achieve the identified goals. 5. Work with CEO on establishing a framework for staff development and organizational development in order to help achieve the goals. 6. Work with the CEO on effective management and implementation of the plan. 7. Work with CEO on communication strategies of the Strategic Plan.
