Description	Provide the services of a Cross-Connection Control Testing Records Administrator to assist with the administration of Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) mandated cross-connection code compliance records. The selected Cross-Connection Control Testing Records Administrator will interact directly with City of Naperville Department of Water Utilities Customers, and will request, receive, record and maintain testing and compliance data. The Cross-Connection Control Testing Records Administrator will receive compensation by collecting service fees directly from Public Utilities Customers or from Cross Connection Control Device Inspectors who will pay fees on behalf of their individual customers.
