Furnish and Install Ten (10) Sanitary Sewer Service Line with Connections and Cleanout; Complete in Place, Three (3) Manhole Connections; Complete in Place, Four (4) Septic Tanks to Decommissioned, 144 S.Y. of Saw/Cut and Patch Pavement, Furnish and Install 17 L.F. of 6” PVC C-900 DR 18 Waterline Pipe; Complete in Place, 1,524 L.F. of 8” PVC C-900 DR 18 Waterline Pipe; Complete in Place, Five (5) Water Service Line with Connection and Water Meter; Complete in Place, One (1) 6” Gate Valve with Box and Cover, Two (2) 8” Gate Valve with Box and Cover, Two (2) Fire Hydrant Complete with Connection and Gate Valve, One (1) L.S. for Traffic Control, and Insurance, Bond, Mobilization, Demobilization,and related appurtenances for a complete and successful installation and operation.
