Contract Documents obtained from other sources may not be accurate or may not contain addenda that may have been issued Budget: 50,000 Prebid Date: 04/13/2023 2:00pm Bid Date: 04/27/2023 3:00pm Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. One hundred percent (100%) Labor and Material Payment Bond and one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond will be required of the successful bidder prior to signing the contract.
