| Description | It is the intent of this solicitation to establish a supply and delivery contract for Manhole Covers, Rings, Frames, and Grates. The Contractor shall provide the following products as specified herein, to the City of Orlando (''City'') on an as-needed basis. However, it is understood that the City is not obligated to contract for any minimum quantities as outlined on the Bid Price Form during the term of this contract.
