65th Street Improvements and Lorel Public Parking

65th Street Improvements, Central­Lorel ­ Complete removal and replacement of existing curb and gutter, removal of asphalt and concrete median, installation of concrete pavement, hot­mix asphalt median, pavement marking and restoration. Lorel Public Parking ­ New parking lot on the southwest corner of 65th Street and Lorel Avenue includes but is not limited to 1136 SY of 12" base aggregate with 1­1/2" binder course N50 and 1­1/2" surface course N50, 636 LF of B­6.12 curb and gutter, 4181 SF of permeable pavement with 2.5 feet of CA­7 aggregate base for volume control, 340 feet 48" RCP for underground detention, restrictor basin, and connection to existing sewer in Lorel Avenue.
