Install New Polyisocyanurate Insulation, Polyisocyanurate Tapered Insulation (1/8" / 1'-0") as Indicated, 1/2" Cover Board, and New 60 Mil. Fleece Backed, Class "A" Fire Rated, Mechanically Fastened. Fm-I90 Single-Ply Roofing System, Install all New Prefinished Metal Fascia, Gutters and Downspouts with a 2 Coat Fluorocarbon Painted Finish. Close Off all Abandoned Penetrations Prior to installation of New Roof System. Provide New Pre-Cast Concrete Splash Blocks at the Bottom of all Downspout for Design Building. Replacement in Kind of Four (4) Roof Top Air Conditioner Heatpump Units at Admin Building |
