Description

Convert 40-bed general residential health care facility nursing unit into a 40-bed sub-acute residential health care unit. The proposed project will add a new exclusive sub-acute care service entry, including an exterior canopy, modified driveway, and a new sub-acute patio and visitor parking area, and will renovate approximately 18,000 square feet on the ground floor for the 40-bed unit, as well as an additional 4,300 square feet for therapy services, dining and activities.
