Property Name Signs

Scope of Work: Labor and Materials to Replace 19 Property Signs. • Each sign should be aluminum composite (white background), sign panel size 3 foot 6 inches high x 5 foot wide, single sided custom shaped as pictured with high performance vinyl graphics applied to one side with routed maxmetal faces. NOTE: fonts shown are examples only and do not need matched exactly to sample. • Existing 4 inch x 4 inch sign posts will be covered with white PVC material made to slide over existing posts. Graphics rear mounted to 2 inch PVC support rails. Sign poles will have PVC cap. Existing posts average 6 foot tall. • If any unknown issues arise during the performance of work, and issues need to be addressed in order for work to be completed in a satisfactory manner, please notify MCHA immediately to address the issue. • The contractor shall be responsible for all repairs to damage of building(s), drives, fences, landscaping, etc. caused by their employees or vendors during the work process. All repairs shall be made to owner’s satisfaction at contractor’s expense. • Contractors are welcome to visit the property at their convenience.
